I am really peeved! Over the hill now apparently. Too old to be considered for work, men my age only want to date twenty-somethings and I've even lost my touch in baking cakes!
Think I'll just crawl into my cubby hole and cry. sob sob.

ReplyDeleteWelcome. I have duly reciprocated. Have had a quick look at your blog and really enjoyed reading your poems. I've dabbled in some poetry myself over the years. I did send a couple of my poems to a published poet for a 'critique' and his comments about my poems left me feeling I should stick to writing stories. Trouble is I get so impatient to get to the end of a story, that I end up writing a poem (less words!).
It's nice "meeting you" too.
