Sorry to my followers for not writing anything on my blog since my birthday last July! But I do have an excuse - well two really.
I became a Great Aunt twice in the space of 5 months. On the 5th October 2012 my great nephew Oliver Joseph was born. First child to for my Nephew Phillip and his fiance Laura. Then on 4th February 2012, my second Great Nephew, Archie James, was born. First child for my second Nephew Jamie (Phillips brother) and his wife Gemma.
In spite of my knitting for both, I had to knit new items within a week of each being born because the ones I had knit were either too big or too small! Both are doing well though and this is one lady who is proud to be a Great Aunt!
